CP composite spunlace integrates carding, wetlaid forming and multi-head low-pressure light jetting, delivering tight fiber bonding, delicate soft fabric surface, no lint shedding and excellent scrub resistance. Compatible with composite processing of multiple fiber types and supporting mass production, widely used in household, kitchen & bathroom, industrial electronics and medical wiping substrates.
Flushable spunlace combines wet wetlaid forming and spunlace technology to balance tensile strength and flushability, which can be discharged directly into sewer pipes without blockage. Fabrics are soft and skin-friendly, and the production line supports stable continuous mass production, widely used for wet toilet paper, intimate care wipes, bathroom cleaning cloths and other eco-friendly sanitary materials.

Pulping ProcessMedical hygiene grade, inner walls of pulp tanks and pipelines are polished with special flange sealing connections.
Special pump pumps are adopted to transport fiber slurry and reduce fiber agglomeration.

Wetlaid FormingFull-flow headbox realizes efficient slurry dewatering via gravity dewatering structure, combined with multi-element uniform distribution technology to guarantee stable fiber distribution and outstanding web uniformity.
Equipped with high-efficiency white water circulation system for high water utilization rate, energy saving and environmental protection. -
Spunlace SystemThe spunlace system sprays high-pressure water jets onto fiber webs and adopts multi-spunlace head low-pressure light jetting technology to balance web tensile strength and flushability, endowing materials with softness and high strength. Jacquard function is optional.

Drying SystemWet fiber webs are conveyed via guide rollers into the dryer and closely attached to rotary mesh surfaces for hot air through drying. Advantages: High drying efficiency and excellent loftiness of finished products. The dryer is not a simple heating cabinet, but a complete precision unit integrating thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and automatic control.
