Pulping SystemSupplies qualified cowhide fiber slurry for wetlaid forming. Preprocesses, disperses and stirs cowhide fiber raw materials to remove impurities and produce uniform stable slurry, guaranteeing subsequent web quality and finished product yield.

Wetlaid FormingSynergy of multiple rotary mesh units realizes layer-by-layer laying and uniform fiber distribution, effectively solving the industry pain point of uneven leather fiber dispersion. Equipped with high-efficiency white water circulation system to implement green production concepts.

Spunlace SystemCore spunlace section adopts graded high-pressure spunlace technology, taking water as "needles" to realize flexible entanglement of leather fibers, retaining natural fiber properties to the maximum extent and avoiding fiber damage. Finished fabrics feature smooth delicate surface, no lint shedding, balanced dry & wet strength and excellent toughness.

High Pressure Water SupplySpecial high-pressure pump set with dedicated frequency conversion energy saving function, supplying stable high-pressure water source for spunlace process. It is the core equipment for spunlace entanglement (fiber entanglement), securing high-strength water jets to realize full fiber entanglement and improve finished product toughness.

Stenter SettingHorizontally stretch fiber webs to stabilize working width and correct selvedge deviation for consistent width. Hot air circulation drying removes residual moisture, fixes fiber shape and prevents shrinkage & deformation. Balances fiber strength, improves tear resistance and wash resistance, and optimizes product durability.
