Thermal bonding
The thermal bonding process relies on hot air setting equipment to generate high temperature hot air. It melts hot-melt, ES and PP fibers inside the fabric, bonding fiber intersection points to form the web. This process can produce hygiene materials, furniture materials, acoustic felts, automotive interior materials, thermal insulation materials and other products. Nonwovens after thermal bonding feature firm structure and stable finished shape.

Hot Air SettingHot air setting is applicable to the production of various hot-melt nonwovens. Single layer or double layers mesh structures can be adopted, with air circulation modes of up-down convection or top-blow and bottom-suction. Heating options include electric heating or natural gas heating. The maximum operating temperature reaches 300°C, and internal insulation panels are made of stainless steel.
Application Scope: Bonding and forming of ES, PP, low melt fibers into nonwoven fabrics.
