Wetlaid
The wetlaid former is the core web-forming equipment of the wetlaid nonwoven production line. Using water as the medium, the machine uniformly disperses short fibers into a dilute slurry. After dewatering treatment, fibers deposit on the forming wire to form a homogeneous fiber web. Its working principle is similar to the papermaking process, and it is mainly applied in the nonwoven manufacturing industry.
