Double drum pre needle loomThis machine adopts upper and lower concentric elliptical needling technology to consolidate fiber webs with zero drafting, effectively solving the problem of excessive drafting caused by traditional pre needling processes and greatly improving product quality. The upper and lower symmetrical opposite needling realizes double side pre consolidation of fabrics in one single process. Two perforated cylinders operate with synchronous elliptical needling trajectories, enabling fibers to advance synchronously with the needling movement.
This technology delivers remarkable processing effects for high weight products and high standard suede leather materials with strict surface requirements. Equipped with high strength aluminum alloy tubular needle beams, the cylindrical components adopt special processing to eliminate burrs on tiny holes. With hard chrome plating and mirror polishing on the outer circular surface, the components feature non-stick web performance and achieve full mechanical synchronization with the needle plates.
