Airlaid
Airlaid forming is an important web forming process for nonwovens. High speed airflow suspends, disperses and conveys opened short fibers evenly; fibers settle naturally and accumulate on the forming screen to form a bulky, uniform and randomly oriented fiber web.
Without mechanical carding and laying, fibers are arranged randomly with balanced strength in all directions. The resulting web features high bulkiness and a wide adjustable basis weight range. It is compatible with various raw materials including long/short fibers, regenerated fibers and wood-pulp blended fibers.
Commonly combined with 3D filling, thermal bonding, and subsequent spunlace/needle punching processes, airlaid webs are widely used in automotive acoustic filling, thermal batting, air filtration, flushable substrates and other products.

OpeningAdopting four-roller clamping and feeding structure, the machine ensures continuous and uniform material intake. The beater speed is increased by 1.7 times for superior fiber opening performance. Equipped with optimized feeding baffles and upgraded air duct web-forming system, it achieves more homogeneous mixing of powder and fibers.

Dust condenser
The dust condenser can be removed from the side for convenient cleaning and maintenance. A combination of end-face spring dynamic seals and wool felt static seals reduces material jamming.

Air-fiber SeparatorThe guide plate is driven by a reducer equipped with an encoder, enabling precise control of the fiber feeding position. It works in coordination with the photoelectric switch of the fiber bin.
