As the front-end preparation process of nonwoven production lines, it consists of electronic weighing bale opener, mixing belt, pre-opener, cabin blender, fine opener, conveying pipelines, pipelines and metal detectors. It supports nonwoven production with functions including proportional batching, fiber opening, blending and liquid adding for various fibers.

It features a double cylinder, double doffer, double randomizing and double condensing structure, with a 1500mm main cylinder and 1200mm chest cylinder, 9 sets of carding units and 19 carbon fiber rollers, delivering high-efficiency carding and premium web quality with a maximum running speed of 200m/min.
The whole machine adopts fully sealed multi-point negative pressure suction. Double-side sealing guards precisely control internal airflow with zero flying fibers at shaft ends, enabling long-term stable operation and minimal maintenance.
High-precision carbon rollers, bottom plate edge straightness ≤0.3mm, which strictly controls high-speed airflow and effectively suppresses flying fibers.

It adopts forged 304 stainless steel spunlace heads with pressure resistance up to 250bar, with stainless steel or steel frames optional. Suitable for fiber entanglement of all spunlace hygiene and industrial materials, it is equipped with German Enka or Japanese jet strips and 5-layer sintered filter cartridges with 40μm filtration precision. Feilong is the first domestic manufacturer of spunlace equipment in China.

Honeycomb drums with diameters of 1600mm, 1900mm and 2100mm, opening ratio ≥83%, high efficiency and energy saving, equipped with heat recovery system and high evaporation capacity. Heating modes: natural gas or steam or conduction oil, fitted with imported gas burners from Japan or the US.
