The cross-laying process stacks fibers in multi-layers, effectively solving the defect of unidirectional tension and suiting mass production of thick, high-gsm spunlace fabrics. Finished fabrics have balanced MD/CD strength, excellent ductility, thick and crisp texture, good deformation resistance, superior moisture absorption and water retention performance, widely applied in high-end medical aesthetic dressings, medical gauze, industrial wipes and heavy-duty cleaning wipes.

Fiber Opening & Blending SystemIt consists of electronic weighing bale opener, mixing belt, pre opener, cabin blender, fine opener, conveying pipelines, and metal detectors. It supports nonwoven production with functions including proportional batching, fiber opening, blending and liquid adding for various fibers.

High-Speed Carding MachineAdopts double cylinder, double doffer, and double condensing structure with suction mesh curtain; main cylinder 1500mm, chest cylinder 1050mm, 8 groups of carding units +18 carbon rollers, efficient carding and premium web quality, maximum running speed 160m/min.
The whole machine adopts full sealing + multi-point negative pressure suction, double-side sealing guards stabilize internal airflow, no flying fibers at shaft ends, long-term stable operation and low maintenance workload.
High-precision low-deflection carbon fiber rollers with end-face sealing to prevent fiber intrusion; bottom plate edge straightness ≤0.3mm, precise gap control to suppress flying fibers under high-speed airflow. -
High Speed CrosslapperClamping structure equipped with lightweight carbon rollers and lapping carriage design, maximum inlet web speed up to 150m/min. Exhaust perforated mesh installed at front and with flexible buffer device to avoid excessive web stretching and improve finished product uniformity. Five-axis servo control system with six high-power servo motors and PROFILE contour shaping system, fabric basis weight CV value <3%.

DrafterStretch fiber webs via multiple groups of rollers to realize directional reinforcement and improve longitudinal strength and uniformity of nonwovens.
Scope of application: Drafting of fiber webs for needle punching, spunlace, thermal bonding and other nonwovens.
Main specifications: 2 rolls ×16 drafting groups, drafting ratio 1-4 times. -
Spunlace MachineDesigned with forged SUS304 stainless steel spunlace heads, pressure resistance up to 250bar, stainless steel /steel frames optional. Suitable for entanglement of wood-pulp composite and flushable eco-friendly materials, fitted with German Enka or Japanese jet strips and 5-layer sintered filter cartridges with 40μm precision. High-speed design for 300m/min operation. Feilong is the first domestic spunlace equipment manufacturer in China.
