Spunlace
High pressure micro fine water jets are sprayed onto one or multiple fiber webs to interlace fibers with each other. The fiber web is thereby consolidated to gain certain strength, producing spunlace nonwovens.

Adopting rotary drum spunlace structure to realize forward and reverse spunlace interlacing. The negative-pressure dewatering platform delivers high-efficiency dewatering, lowers fabric moisture content and effectively reduces drying energy consumption.

Wetlaid Spunlace MachineForged 304 stainless steel spunlace heads with pressure resistance up to 250 bar and stainless steel frame. Suitable for fiber interlacing of various wood-pulp composite and flushable eco-friendly materials. Fitted with imported jet strips and 5-layer sintered mesh filter elements. It adopts a combined platform and rotary drum spunlace configuration with multi-head low-pressure gentle jetting to reduce wood pulp loss. Forward and reverse spunlace interlacing minimizes lint shedding. The negative-pressure dewatering platform achieves high-efficiency dewatering, lowers fabric moisture content and effectively cuts drying energy consumption.

DrumIt is the core supporting and dewatering component of the spunlace machine. It adsorbs the fiber web, cooperates with high pressure water jets to complete fiber interlacing, and discharges water rapidly to ensure high speed and stable production.

High pressure injectorIt generates high pressure, fine and stable water jets that penetrate the fiber web to interlace fibers and realize web consolidation.

Vacuum suctionThe vacuum suction unit adopts dual end simultaneous suction. Theoretical analysis combined with finite element analysis shows that simultaneous suction from both ends achieves nearly identical flow velocity on the left and right sides of the suction box panel slots. This ensures uniform transverse moisture distribution across the spunlace fabric after dewatering, and constitutes one of the key factors securing production line efficiency and fabric quality.

High pressure water supply systemThe high pressure water supply system consists of: water supply pipe → automatic valve → booster pump → high pressure pump → pressure stabilizer → police filter → high pressure rigid pipe → high pressure flexible hose → spunlace injector.
The pressure stabilizer has a diameter of φ500 mm.
The police filter has a filtration accuracy of 60 μm.
A dedicated booster pump is installed upstream of each high pressure pump.
