Double cylinder double dofferIt enables repeated fine opening and combing of fibers, greatly reducing the content of fiber bundles. This delivers a uniform web free of cloud spots and neps, and significantly improves the surface fineness of finished spunlace fabrics.

High precision curved plateKey bottom plate components are manufactured via special processing techniques. Dedicated tooling and custom processes ensure high straightness. During high-speed carding, the design effectively controls airflow and reduces flying fibers.

Carbon RollerWorking rolls and stripper rolls are made of carbon material. To achieve superior dynamic balance performance, deep internal boring is adopted. The dynamic balance grade reaches G2.5. Featuring high modulus and low deflection, the rolls enable precise control of roll clearance.

Precise servo motor controlAdopting high-precision servo motor control, the machine realizes independent and precise grouped control for the main cylinder, working rollers and stripper rollers. It effectively reduces the impact of airflow generated at the motor tail on the fiber web.
