Web forming technology
The high speed crosslapping machine is the core unit that laps fiber webs at high speed and uniformly to achieve the required thickness and width. It determines the uniformity and strength of finished products. It is mainly used for web lapping of various nonwovens such as needle punching, spunlace and thermal bonding materials etc.
Key Equipment
-

Contour shaping and drafting landing point controlA nickel-mesh suction transfer roller is installed after the card delivery conveyor to ensure the card web is delivered without drafting.
After airflow release at the nickel-mesh suction transfer roller, program-controlled slight speed difference is generated between the lapping machine inlet conveyor and the card delivery conveyor to stretch and thin the web.
By programming the duration of speed difference and landing position, the web profile at the lapping machine outlet can be controlled, achieving CV ≤ 3%. -
Electrical ControlPLC: SIEMENS electronic cam multi-axis drive delivers smoother acceleration and deceleration and reduces mechanical impact. Equipped with SIEMENS servo motors and SEW servo reducers. PROFILE contour shaping control system with drafting landing point control. CV value of final product ≤ 3%.
