Fiber Opening & Blending SystemLoosen compact bundled chemical fiber raw materials, realize accurate multi-component blending, form continuous uniform fiber flow with stable quantitative feeding, and deliver qualified uniform fiber raw materials for subsequent carding and hot air bonding processes. It is the fundamental key process to guarantee basis weight, tensile strength and appearance quality of finished nonwovens.

Carding SystemFine combs messy fibers and arranges them straight and evenly to produce uniform fiber webs with stable basis weight and smooth structure, supplying qualified blanks for subsequent hot air setting.

Smoothing calender: Hot roller pressing to smooth wrinkles for flat fabric surface and uniform thickness
Continuous process: Synchronous linkage of hot air → air cooling → calender, no web stretching or deformation
